I offer safe spaces for Christians to heal from trauma and mental illnesses, while intersecting faith (biblical principles) and mental health practices.
I have worked with many clients who have experienced trauma & PTSD, depression & anxiety, mental health disorders, identity issues, life transitions, church hurt and other faith-based issues.
Why Christian therapy? Because many Christians believe they have to separate their mental health from their faith and that is not the case! We cannot leave our faith out of our healing journey because it is a large part of who we are. Many of us have dealt with church hurt, questioning our faith, anger, faith-related trauma, disappointment, and lack of identity and understanding of purpose. I get it. I’ve been through it, and I want to support you as you navigate this season. You have a space where we can address your trauma and talk about God freely. I acknowledge and respect that everyone is at different walks and stages in their faith which is taking into account during therapy. That being said, you don’t have to be a Christian to receive my services, but the option and space is available if you want it.
I envision a life for you that is prosperous and purposeful and I’m looking forward to starting this journey with you.

No you don't. I currently work with clients who are not Christians.
Although I believe it is very beneficial to pair with a therapist who shares similar values to you, I encourage you to do what feels right and makes you feel comfortable and safe.

Yes. I am registered with both OCSWSSW and CRPO. Most clients pay for sessions and receive an invoice they can submit to their insurer for reimbursement. It is the client's responsibility to contact their insurer to ensure services are covered as well as the amount of coverage available. All remaining balances are to be paid by the client directly.

Yes I do! Currently I am able to directly bill to insurers under eClaims by Telus Health. If you are unsure whether your insurer is registered with eClaims, please click here or contact your insurer to inquire.
